Software
Application Interface
The Software Application Interface is designed to help you manage the collection of credit card payments at your next charity event, allowing you to eliminate long checkout lines by streamlining the process.
With this software interface, you can easily sync pre-registered bidders with their credit card information before any purchases are made. As bidders make purchases, the dollar amounts are recorded in a CSV file format. This can be exported easily to your own database software through an Excel Spreadsheet after the event is over.
There are four easy steps to the sync process using the Application Interface:
- First, sync pre-registered bidders to the interface document
- Second, post dollar amounts from merchant’s database to the respective bidder numbers located in the software interface document
- Third, sync posted dollar amounts from the interface document to the ePSPay® terminals
- Fourth, sync authorized transactions of all bidders paying by credit card with the interface software.
The automated process of syncing dollar amounts to respective bidder numbers allows the event coordinator to easily export and post authorized bidder payments to a database. For additional information, contact us by calling 612-706-5968 or email info@eventpaymentservices.com.
Event Payment Services uses Nurit 8320, 8400 and 8020 Terminals by Verifon, which meet all CISP and PCI_DSS requirements by Visa and MasterCard.
