Event Procedure Overview

1. Pre-registration

Insert Smart Card into credit card terminal* to initiate the event.

2. Registration

Swipe credit cards and key in the bidder numbers of the attendees.
Collect attendee signatures.
After all attendees register, insert Smart Card into each terminal*.
Place Smart Card into the card reader connected to the computer to update the event software.

3. Post Event

Insert Smart Card into credit card terminal* from the smart card reader synched with event software.
Insert Smart Card into each terminal* to add and synchronize all donations and acquire authorization of the transactions.
Remove Smart Card from terminal(s)*.
Insert Smart Card into Smart Card reader connected to computer to sync payments to respective bidders.
