• 2. Registration
• Swipe credit cards and key in the bidder numbers of the attendees.
• Collect attendee signatures.
• After all attendees register, insert SmartCard into each terminal*.
• Place SmartCard into the card reader connected to the computer to update the event software.

• 3. Post-event
• Insert SmartCard into credit card terminal* from the smart card reader synched with event software.
• Insert SmartCard into each terminal* to add and synchronize all donations and acquire authorization of the transactions.
• Remove SmartCard from terminal(s)*.
• Insert Smartcard into SmartCard reader connected to computer to sync payments to respective bidders.
