This is my first year with JDRF and the 2nd time our Chapter has used your services. As I processed all of the cards and was left with only 2 outstanding balances, I thought nothing of it. The reason we had two outstanding balances was that we had neglected to collect a credit card from those guests. I had no idea that only 2 bills to send is unusual.
Part of closing out our gala is updating and adding to guest files from previous years, I soon realized that we normally send out sometimes up to 40 bills to patrons after the event. This year – 2! Your system is excellent and we can close out our gala quickly and efficiently this year. I also want to mention your amazing customer service.
